This incredible event thrives because of our amazing volunteers, and we have plenty of opportunities for you to get involved.
FRIDAY – 6/26/26
- Set-up 4:00p – 7:00p.
- Help set-up AAAC tables (Greeters, Plein Air, AAAC)
- Help Steve pick-up chairs/tables from Town Hall
SATURDAY – 6/27/26 (or rain date Sunday 6/28/26)
- Set-up day of event 8:00a – 10:00a
- Parking lot – direct traffic & parking
- Roving helper (assist artists and staff)
- Tear down 4:00p-5:00p
- Help Steve return chairs/tables to Town Hall
